What this site is
cleoagents.com is the website of Cleo Agents. It describes the kinds of AI agents we build and gives you a way to get in touch. It's information and a conversation starter, not a shop. Sending an enquiry through the site doesn't create a contract, and nothing on the site is an offer that you can accept by clicking.
How work actually gets agreed
Every agent we build is custom, so every piece of work starts with a conversation. If we go ahead together, the scope, price, timescales and everything else are set out in a separate written agreement between you and us. That agreement, not this page, governs any work we do for you.
The examples on this site
The example jobs, the characters, the sample messages and the estimates are illustrations of what a custom agent can do. They aren't promises about a specific agent, and the numbers in the "time saved" and "evenings back" tools are rough guides based on what you type in, not measured results. What your agent does, and how well, depends on your work, your tools and what we agree together.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse the site and to use the enquiry tools and the chat to contact us about your own needs. Please don't use the site to send spam, to probe or disrupt it, to submit anything unlawful or abusive, or to copy it wholesale. If you send us an enquiry, please make sure the details are yours to give and accurate enough for us to reply.
Our content
The words, design, characters, images and videos on this site belong to Cleo Agents or are used with permission. You can look at them, link to the site, and share pages in the normal way. Please don't reproduce the characters or content for your own purposes, commercial or otherwise, without asking us first. The names of third-party products mentioned on the site, such as messaging apps or calendar tools, belong to their owners; mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse us.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee either. Content may be out of date, and the site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change or remove content at any time. We aren't responsible for decisions you make based on the illustrations and estimates here, or for third-party sites we link to.
Our liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't legally be limited.

If something's gone wrong, email hello@cleoagents.com and we'll aim to resolve it within 14 days.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
